Independently wind-tunnel tested to 140km/h. Patented z-LOCK keeps the fabric locked into the channel, no gaps and no flap, backed by ISO certification, fire-reaction testing and 10,000 proven open-close cycles.
Patented z-LOCK guides the fabric into slimline side channels for a fully sealed, ultra-smooth finish, holding against sun, wind, rain and insects all year round.

The configurations we manufacture
MIY builds Box 120 and Box 160 on the open bracket, plus the entry-level Straight Drop, all to order in the full MIY powdercoat palette. We don't run the full cassette, semi fascia or Box 190.
Box 120
Our slim 120mm headbox. The everyday choice for most residential openings.
Box 160
The larger 160mm box, for wide and tall spans up to 7m by 5m.
Open bracket
The exposed-bracket mount we build on, recess or face fixed, no bulky cassette.
Straight Drop
The entry-level option. A channel-free straight-drop blind for windows, doorways and undercover areas, crank or motor operated.

Patented z-LOCK
A welded edge runs the fabric into both side channels for a gap-free, fully sealed finish. No flap, no light gaps.
Slimline 125mm box
One of the slimmest square headboxes around, extruded from marine-grade 6061 aluminium for harsh-weather durability.
Ultra-Lock bottom rail
A patented latching pin locks the bottom rail home in one action every time it closes, and self-corrects if it doesn't seat evenly.
Adjustable side channels
Self-aligning channels give up to 35mm of adjustment per side, for a no-gap finish even on out-of-square openings.
