Perth weather is unforgiving. Searing summer sun, sudden winter downpours, salt-laden coastal air, and strong easterly winds — all of it eats away at outdoor structures that weren't built for it. Our retractable roof systems are engineered specifically for these conditions: full-aluminium construction, powder-coated frames in the Dulux range, integrated guttering for proper water management, and structural specs rated to withstand winds up to 110km/h.
You can choose between three system types depending on what you need from your outdoor space. The Fabric Retractable Roof spans up to 30 metres and gives you complete waterproof shelter with a clean architectural finish. The Opening Louvred Roof uses adjustable aluminium blades that rotate up to 90° for full control over light and ventilation. The Fully Retractable Louvred Roof opens the entire roof to the sky — premium flexibility for high-end residential and hospitality projects.
Folding arm awnings — instant shade, anywhere
Folding arm awnings are the smart pick for spaces where you want shade on demand without committing to a permanent structure. Extend the awning when the sun is up, retract it when it isn't. Available in manual or motorised, with a wide range of acrylic outdoor fabrics and powder-coated frame finishes. Wall-mount, eave-mount or pergola-mount — wherever it works best for your space.

Do I need council approval in WA?
In some cases, council approval may be required depending on the size, location and structural classification of the install. Our team can guide you through this during the design and planning stage, and assist with the approval process where needed across WA councils.
How long does the whole process take?
Typically: a few days from enquiry to on-site measure, a couple of days to issue your written quote, then 3–6 weeks of design, fabrication and powder-coating once you approve. Install day is usually booked the week after build completion. We confirm exact dates in your quote.
Can I get this installed for a business or commercial space?
Absolutely — a significant portion of our install work is commercial. Cafés, restaurants, function venues, hotels, retail frontages and offices. We coordinate the install around trading hours where possible and quote to commercial spec including any required engineering certification.
Which system is right for my space?
It depends on what you're trying to solve — full waterproof shelter, adjustable shade, an open-sky option, or simple retractable shade on demand. The honest answer is we'll recommend the right fit after the on-site measure once we've seen the space, exposure and how you want to use it. There's no upsell — we'll tell you if a folding arm awning does the job better than a full retractable roof.
