Quick answers

Frequently asked

How accurate do my measurements need to be?
Within 5mm is ideal. The measuring sheet above walks you through where to allow tolerance and where to be exact. If you're unsure, send us a quick photo and dimension — we'll sanity-check it before you order.
Can I install these myself?
Yes — that's the whole MIY ("Make It Yourself") promise. The video walkthroughs and DIY checklists cover every step. Most homeowners knock out a single opening in under an hour.
What's the difference between Crank & Clip, Wire Guide and HD Channel blinds?
Crank & Clip is the everyday workhorse — simple, fast, great for most patios. Wire Guide gives a sleeker low-profile finish. HD Channel uses side-channel tracks for a tighter weather seal in exposed positions. Watch the matching install video above for a closer look.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Builders, landscapers and resellers get tier-based pricing. Get in touch via the panel above and we'll set you up.
What if I order the wrong size?
Our blinds and awnings are made-to-measure, so we always recommend a measure-up call before you order if you're unsure. If something arrives wrong on our end, we'll fix it. See the warranty & care guide above for the full policy.
